A new way to heal from the body

If you have normalized living with pain or heard that this is the way the body is over the years, here is another possibility.

Your body has an immense capacity for transformation when it receives the right tools. My work is based onmanual therapies and movement techniques that help you regain mobility, stability and confidence. Healing is not just eliminating a symptom: it is breaking old patterns, letting go of what no longer serves and opening space to live with more freedom.

My approach

A woman standing on a fallen tree in a forest during autumn, making a heart shape with her hands and smiling.

Every body holds a story. My job is to help you rewrite it.

I work from an integral vision of body, mind, emotions and behavior. Each process is unique. Each session is designed to accompany you with respect, listening and technical precision. I believe in a human, professional and functional approach. And in that deep change does not have to hurt, but it does require awareness.

I want to start

Know my story

Woman sitting in tall grass outdoors with eyes closed and hands on her knee, wearing a blue dress with white straps and surrounded by dry grass.

A challenging health experience led me to look beyond conventional approaches. In that journey, I was trained in methodologies backed by scientific evidence that integrate body, mind, emotions and behavior.

That experience transformed me: I understood that health is not recovered as something that has been lost, but that it is rebuilt, step by step, with awareness and a deep and compassionate look at oneself.

Today, with a solid foundation in professional training and a personal experience that marked my path, I accompany healing processes that go beyond pain relief. My approach seeks to generate lasting changes in the way we inhabit the body and life, from authenticity, reconnection with who we are and the freedom to choose how we want to live.

In my free time, I give myself to dance, and I find in nature walks, an inexhaustible source of connection, presence and renewal.
